He is the original author of ChoicePlus™. He has his own consulting firm, Jerel Software. Bill Gram-Reefer has a background in advertising and public relations with 16 years of marketing communications experience in hi-tech fields including networking, prepress and Internet products. He has written extensively in Boardwatch Magazine and MicroTimes on Internet and Telecommunications policy topics. Bill holds an M.A. in History. Steve Willett is a computer scientist with experience in programming and system administration and analysis. He is retired from the University of California at Berkeley and has his own consulting firm, Initiative Computing. Steve holds an M.S. in Computer Science.
